I must re-write this entry on Pass all my exams on 43 Things

I must re-write this entry 18 months ago

I have the very last exam from History on Monday. I have no choice but to pass. Pray for me, please, if you want. History has always been my stumbling-block. Thanks for your support.

I didn’t pass. Of course I was disappointed, because I tried to do my best. But I didn’t pray, I didn’t invite God into the situation. I take it again on August 28, so I have a lot of time to study.

don't be to hard on yourself

we all fail at time. that is how we learn and grow. but God causes ALL thing to work together for good for those who love Him … not some thing. ALL things even our failures… that is a fact and His promise to us…
There is something He has for you even in this disappointment
trust in Him :)

I have a question about that.

And not that I’m saying I don’t love God, don’t get me wrong, but just as a hypothetical question, what about those who don’t love God? Does God cause all things to work together for good, for those people too, or is it only those who love God? I mean wouldn’t God, loving God that he is, do that for anyone regardless of whether they love him or not? Maybe, just to be a nice guy? Or to go along with the “giving is better than receiving” idea? Or is it all about whether or not you love him?

God makes special promises to His children

just as you would (if you had any) make special promises and take special care of your own before you took care of the neighborhood kid.
that doesn’t mean that there wont be times that you wont benefit from God blessings … but the promise were made for His own.
He has given you the choice.. He wont force Himself on anyone .. you are not a puppet on a string. if you are told you have to love or be friends with someone then it is no longer a loving friendship but a forced relationship.
He wants a relationship with you
