What is something you should throw away, but just can’t? Why?

What are you talking about?

I need everything in here. I couldn’t possibly throw anything away!

Um…ok, how about the opposite situation, where you throw things out that maybe you should keep?

I’ve never kept bank statements, for example. Now that I do all my banking online, I don’t even receive them any more.

Copies of tax returns? I should save them why? Fuck it, out they go.

I pay the bills I can pay online…actually, I do everything online…so there are no PAID papers to keep. And see that pile of paper bills asking for money that I don’t have to pay them? What the fuck do I need those for? Out they go!

It seems like organization to ME.

Donna easy does it

Old Towels

I always think I’m going to have some really messy task where I need a boatload of old towels.

Having a few around make sense, but more than that is denial of what projects I’m actually undertaking.

old baby clothes

I just can’t – they were my babies.

:(

I think I am going to save them, and when they are older, cut them up and make a patchwork quilt with them.

Papers

I have a ton of papers I hold on to in case I need them within a year…and then I hold onto them for 5-10-15 years…

Balut is back to his virtual self.

College notes and papers.

No rational reason to hold on to them. Never refer to them. It’s as if the storage box has a force-field around it.

I don’t think there’s anything major I can think of. I’ve got my Converse with holes in, but they’re not taking up much space since I don’t own many shoes anyway.
