I know its not healthy… but I need to get in shape in 3 weeks! i MUST, i try working out with weights daily to build muscle, but this is making me thicker lol, and not burning the flab! I need to do more cardio. I have a gym membership but there is so many things going on that i normally do after work and by the time all of my errands are done, i give up and go to bed. No work out :( and I’ve been eatting big dinners as well. (not good)
My goal! is to wake up at 5am and jog a mile around the track near my house, but EVERY morning I turn off the alarm and fall back asleep. Am i just lazy? how can I get motivated at 5am!? I need some feed back and helpful tips.

You have got off to a great start by building some muscle. That will allow you to burn off that fat more quickly. Firstly create an eating plan that really works for you. I eat five or six small meals each day, and allow myself to snack on fresh crisp crunchy delicious raw vegetables whenever I want. I don’t feel hungry and am not tempted to overeat. Create your own plan that works for you.
If the thought of a run around the track near your house does not have you excitedly jump out of bed just before the alarm rings at 5am each morning, then choose an activity that does. Dancing or whatever you really enjoy that can be done at sufficient intensity. For many people, a short high intensity exercise is as effective as a mile jog, as the body keeps consuming calories for some time afterwards.
