I currently have NO junk food in my house (with the exception of freezies, but those aren’t that bad, are they?)
Guess what? For the past two days, I have actually eaten very healthily, simply because there are no unhealthy foods.
See, my problem is that I binge eat alone, in my house, when no one else is around, feasting on ridiculously enormous chocolate bars, delicious cakes, row upon row of cookies, etc. In public, I don’t really have that bad of habits, because I want to come off like I’m a super healthy person.
It seems that I will just have to keep my home chocolate and dessert free, and then I can be successful!!
