John, glad to have you working on this goal too!
I’m finding that a gentle approach to this is working a lot better than beating myself up. I’ve eaten a few less than ideal meals since I posted it, but simply having “EAT FOR HEALTH” as a mantra has been helping me a lot.
I can only imagine that the coffee shop/bar routine is murder on one’s diet.
I have become a fan of hard-boiled eggs as a way to keep a “Fast” healthy protein source in my fridge. They are really easy to do: if you need a recipe, try this one.
