I haven’t been on in a while because I’ve been studying like crazy for FAR. But I was reading some of the posts and was concerned (as many of you were) about the new research function that the AICPA is implementing in SIMS beginning with the July exams. I just went on to the AICPA website and took a look at the sample exam there. I just want to ease everyone’s minds by letting you all know that it does appear that the research tab will be available for use on the Communications tab. I tried searching for the Communications topic on the research tab and did get some results. I think the main difference is that the “copy/paste” function will no longer be used. Instead, as you click on different pronouncements, a list of possible answers pops up and you select your answer from the list.

Since its been so long since I’ve been on here I also want to say CONGRATS to everyone who has passed!!! And to everyone else…Keep on pushing! We’ll get there too!!
