I have been trying to do this for the past couple of years but without any success. I try to diet but it only lasts a few weeks and I always gain everything back. I have also tried eating more healthy but I end up craving sweet things and after a binge I just give up. But I believe that I can do this. I have to do this to prove to myself that I can see something through.
Why so hard?

Maybe you can’t loose 10kg because you don’t have 10kgs to lose!
I suggest therapy. I hear that works. Beware of pshycos though (someone’s been watching too many “Law and Order” episodes)

It has been a huge help to me. I’ve gained back most of what I initially lost, but then I also quit smoking. So now that the cravings for nicotine are completely gone, I’ve restarted the program and renewed my commitment to it. (Good news – it’s all FREE. And it’s not some weird fad diet, just good advice, a nice community, and all the tools you need to set up and stick with a healthy diet and exercise program.)
