Possibly the best experience of my life…I took Spanish/cultural classes, lived with a host family, and did a lot of sight seeing in Seville, Cordoba, and Cadiz (beach town—most beautiful place I’ve been). I went in late February, early March, and while it was snowing in Pennsylvania, it was 70 degrees and sunny every day I was there (though I think it would have been colder in Madrid and deff. in Barcelona). For the most part, the people there were lively and friendly (save a few waiters frustrated with our bad Spanish), and the culture’s just so much warmer and, in my opinion, seemed a lot happier.
