Not really a vacation, but I took a day trip to Mystic Seaport last week. It was so nice to go alone…I was able to spend an inordinate amount of time in the art exhibits and not worry about boring someone else. :) I was completely blown away by their beautiful collection and figureheads and ship carvings.
It was a really great treat for myself to make the trip and I’m excited to plan more like it in the future.

My husband and I went to CT and ME the summer before Audrey was born. I think Mystic and the Mystic Seaport were our favorite stops.
