All the years of Spanish in high school and college have flown out my ears. My vocabulary is horrible, my conjugation is atrocious, and my pronunciation was always unintelligible. Now that I have a couple Spanish-only students in my class I am struggling to communicate at all, much less expect them to learn science from me.

Does anyone have tips on how to get better at understanding spoken Spanish (my reading is much better), and to improve my pronunciation? Or tips for how to get my vocabulary up to snuff?
