I had been trying for a year and had blood work done. They said everything looked OK (except one hormone was higher than they expected… I guess I was ovulating) Anyway, I had cut out all sugar from my diet about 4-5 weeks ago. I read that insulin is a hormone and if it is off, it messes with your fertility. I can’t say it would work for everyone, but there is nothing else that I did differently. Try a low-glycemic cookbook (library or online recipes) to find recipes to keep your blood sugar normal. I thought I would miss chocolate, but being pregnant is better than chocolate! Good luck.
