Why not yet? And where can I get some? I’m unfamiliar with ‘Brain Gym Exercises’ but it sounds interesting.

The old adage of not doing what’s best for you seems to fit.
You can find out more about Brain Gym at:
One thing I hate about this program:
A person is supposed to take an expensive class, which is 3-to-4 days long.
I want to share the exercises for free, and I have to RL friends. Yet, I’m not a certified teacher. I’ve taken the introductory class three times (this is standard … some take it more, then go on to the next level).
edit: with each retaking of the class, the price is halved. still expensive, but after four classes, i believe it’s free.
I just want to share the exercises, because they are beneficial. Some of the exercises can be found in other “programs” ... yoga, aerobic exercise, meditation.
The classes are good, because you do see how an exercise it done properly, where if you read how to do the exercise, you may not catch the nuiances which may be important.
One of my goals is to take a Brain Gym class in the next year. I’ve been reading some of the Brain Gym books (but I’m the type of person that learns better with a teacher).
I hope you post more about your Brain Gym experience sometime!
