manage my Bipolar disorder (read all 2 entries…)
hope 18 months ago

There is Hope in my life again, and I feel Confident. That’s amazing, really. I need to mark this moment for myself, but as far as making note here, I could write a book but I won’t. Instead I’ll just say my thanks to my parents, friends, family and support groups (D.B.S.A.) and N.A.M.I. meetings and Dr. Donald M., most importantly the PFEIFFER Treatment Center and Health Research Pharmacy, and also most significantly Dr. Jennifer Culver of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy classes at Stanford University’s Bipolar Clinic and her assistants (PhD candidates) Laura P. and Pam S. I’m doing well for the first time in a long time, and with the help of a few friends and my Pfeiffer medications (neutroceuticals) I’m working on STAYING WELL, the greatest gift and greatest challenge for me right now.

Good luck to all you others in this struggle, and if you have questions about the Pfeiffer Treatment Center, google them and feel free to send questions. When we find things that work it is our priviledge to pass them on to others in need.
