ok. no more "yes, but"!
i had company for 2 long and very fast walks so i did it.
today i have no company but have scheduled walk/run.
So, i decided: IF i don’t do it TODAY afternoon, i’m scratching this goal off! no more games. i’m sick of them. either i want to be able to run or i don’t want it, there’s no middle ground!
today! am i willing to pay the price or not?
ps. i did it and it was powerful. and then the whole week passed by
