Yeah there are loads of concerts and loads of arenas/concert halls. There is the M.E.N Arena, which is most well known, and then there is the Apollo, which is slightly smaller, but both are great. There is also Manchester Academy (1,2,&3) which houses some of the best bands that dont think they will be able to fill an arena ( I saw Avenged Sevenfold there this January). There are also stadiums and other sporting venues that host concerts throughout the year. Manchester is a great place to be if you love seeing bands live =)
