I like how he was fascinated by words and language..like

Or is simple observations, such as…

I know Seinfeld and Steven Wright did that kind of humor, but Carlin came first.

he was almost as manic as Robin Williams, but in a totally different way. I read that his biggest influence (life-changing, career-perspective, etc) was Lenny Bruce. Makes sense!
