I like how he was fascinated by words and language..like

“why do they call them APARTments when they are all stuck together?”

Or is simple observations, such as…

“why do they have mailboxes at the Post office? YOU’RE ALREADY THERE!!!”

I know Seinfeld and Steven Wright did that kind of humor, but Carlin came first.

yeah, no one is quite like him

he was almost as manic as Robin Williams, but in a totally different way. I read that his biggest influence (life-changing, career-perspective, etc) was Lenny Bruce. Makes sense!
