We did have the party in the house, but we aren’t completely finished. However, we have electricity, running water, heat, floors, doors & windows. What little we have left to do inside is moldings, finishing touches and the like. Outside we need to build the deck, and underneath we need to put in some insulation and some braces, and to attach the floor joists to the foundation with some bolts. VERY CLOSE to finishing this goal!!!!!

hey!! good job on your house!!!! i’m so excited, that’s the first big buy i’m gonna get out of college is a restorable house, with help from friends and relatives and my two brothers are gonna split the costs, but i was just curious to know, as taboo a question as this is, how much your house cost? was it foreclosed when you bought it? how much do you personally think is too much to invest in a restoration house like your farmhouse??
