Last night we had a small training session that was to be relaxed. Unfortunately at the start of the session it began pour with rain.

WE quickly did our warm up, some coverage drills. Then the coach took a different approach.

We played rugby, then netball, then soccer with “the duke” football. Soccer was extremely hard. After a hour which included alot of slipping, sliding collisions and laughs we retired to the rooms waterlogged and caked with mud.

We managed to have fun, alot of laughs and I think the team is stronger because of it.
