don’t rely on other people to plan something for you…do something that makes you happy…who do you want to be with? not be with? what do you want to do? shop…swim…spa…museum…ball game…trip…write your big day on every calendar you see…work, school, family.
there are some bad things that happened on my birthday years ago…sometimes you have to reinvent the day…act happy and distract yourself.
