eat for health (read all 10 entries…)
Boy, did I NOT do this yesterday.... 18 months ago

no breakfast…
peanut butter sandwich for lunch…
salad for dinner (that part was good)...

WITH a chocolate milkshake.

Holy moly.

Today has been better.

Comments:

LOL....

This sounds like one of my days.

Trauma_Junkie enjoyed her Christmas Package.

tsssk tsk

I am only saying it because rarely do I have the opportunity!!! That choco milkshake with all its calcium was good for your Adar…
Peanut butter is a great source of protien. and you got vegetables.
(Unless it was a candy corn salad…)

Adar is back.

Yes, I think one measure...

of how much I have improved my eating habits is that my “bad” days are better than my “good” days were once upon a time.

I get fruits and veggies every day, am careful about calcium intake, and I don’t eat junk. Last time I really got WAY too carried away, I ate more cherries than was good for me.

The trend is good! (And thank you for the caring tsk tsk!)

Milk . . .

it does a body good. :)

Peanut butter . . . great protein source, like TJ said.

And chocolate? Good for the soul. What? You did not learn that in rabbinical school?

I LOVE peanut butter.

I don’t think I could live without toast made from Milton’s Whole Wheat bread, found at Trader Joe’s, slathered with butter (gotta grease up those arteries) and then covered with Laura Scudder’s Natural (nutty) peanut butter.

Washed down with a cup of coffee, of course.

Although, I don’t remember the last time I had a milk shake.

Adar has gotten 5 cheers on this entry.
