Peanut butter is a great source of protien. and you got vegetables.

of how much I have improved my eating habits is that my “bad” days are better than my “good” days were once upon a time.
I get fruits and veggies every day, am careful about calcium intake, and I don’t eat junk. Last time I really got WAY too carried away, I ate more cherries than was good for me.
The trend is good! (And thank you for the caring tsk tsk!)

I don’t think I could live without toast made from Milton’s Whole Wheat bread, found at Trader Joe’s, slathered with butter (gotta grease up those arteries) and then covered with Laura Scudder’s Natural (nutty) peanut butter.
Washed down with a cup of coffee, of course.
Although, I don’t remember the last time I had a milk shake.
