Current health goals:

Exercise: 2x a week.

Food Plan:

Breakast=protein, fruit (200 cal) 8:00am
Breakfast=carb, protein (200 cal) 9:30 am
Lunch=carb,protein, veggie x2 (500 cal) 12:00pm
Snack=protein, carb (100 cal) 2:00 pm
Snack=protein, carb (100 cal) 3:30 pm
Dinner=carb,protein (200 cal) 5:30 pm
Dinner=veggie, protein (100 cal) 6:30 pm
Snack=protein, fruit (100 cal) 10:00 pm

I’m not following calories or times strictly.. just trying to figure out generally how much I should be eating at each meal.
