Operating a 5 employee small business. Investing in commercial property and earning substantial rental income. Open to discuss ways of doing business, to share experiences. His step brother is well established as a fuel and fertilizer distributor and also is well versed in business.

I willl try to pick-up some insight to move to making some passive income.
