mw5373 is glad to be home!
I found a workout buddy….I think. lol So far I’ve had 2 out of 2 no shows. I got a call on Monday but not today so I’m not sure what happened. I wanted an exercise buddy so I would feel obligated to go to the gym. So I have changed my thinking…hopefully my buddies schedule will work out to where she can join me, but if not I am still obligated to go…I owe it to myself. I bought myself a new mp3 player today and loaded it with 1gig of music to be ready for Fridays workout. I also bought a pedometer the other week so I could see how far I am walking when I am at work. Well I tracked myself on Sat, Sun & Tues and had a shocking total of 28.1 miles. Isn’t that insane?? That includes from my parking garage to my spa, all the walking through out the day and back. (Sat=9.3 miles Sun=10.6 Tues=8.2) I knew I walked a lot but I was guess maybe 4 or 5 miles a day on a busy day, but I had no idea!!
Monday – 45 mins treadmill burning 373 calories with and avg HR of 144
Wednesday – (today) 45 minutes treadmill burning 500 calories with and avg HR of 163
