Went running tonight for about 45 minutes. I do this roughly 3 times a week, depending on when I get home (It’s kind of addictive).
Not as concerned about that as I am arm strength. I really want to be able to lift basic things without someone looking around for a person who might be more effective. Pull my own weight, so to speak. I’ve always had really, really weak arm muscles. It was my downfall in gymnastics, but I’m looking for ways to change that. Still a long way to go.
