I adopted my cat from the homeless shelter. She was a tortoise shell and four years old. Never be hesitant to adopt an older cat. They make for fantastic company and it’s amazing to think about where they’ve lived and what they’ve witnessed in their lifetimes (not meaning to sound like a crazy cat lady ; ). Totally adopt a cat! I’ve NEVER regretted it!
