I am studying for FAR from Wiley . But i am not very satisfied with this book . Can you suggest any other review book for FAR

I have been studying for FAR 3 weeks using Becker only. I was very dissatisfied with Becker becasue of the way of teaching and their explaination of the MCs. However, yesterday, was very nice day to me. I used Wiley 13.00 software and I was amazed of their questions let u now concpets. I feel Wiley is enough to pass the exam Because lots of the MCs in Wiley is existed in Becker and in good explainations to the MCs.

Can you tell me the way you do study for FAR. I don’t understand the concept properly from wiley .How does the Wiley 13.00 software work ? Does it include theory (concepts ) or just MCs and simulation.

to understand the concept I listen to Becker lectures (wasting time) and read their (stupid book). After that, I go to Wiley Software (practice their excellent MCs) and it really helps me to understand concepts. Then I go to Becker MCs and do them. I was doing the oppiste Becker MCs first and then Wiley and I score badly in Wiley MCs.
One more question
Are Audio Cds good enough to understand the concepts properly . Is anyone using the audio cds .

It is MCs+simulation. The good think in this CD is that there is a link related to each question if u dont understand the key answer. I found Wiley is excellent of how to explain the answer keys. Unlike Becker (stupid). Becker is wasting my time to figure out why the answer is the answer.
I dont have to AUDIO CDs to judge. However, there are two posters here how passed FAR using Roger Philipp and they said he is very very excellent in teaching concepts.
I read all the posts relating of how to pass FAR in this fourm and others and the conclusion is repeating the MCs is the key and that what I am going to do.

at the end of july. I am in CH4 and hopefuly I can finish by that date.
I have scheduled my exam on 30th Aug . Last date of this window . I have passed AUD in last window in first attempt with 81.
AUD seemed very easy to me but FAR is quite difficult and complicated subject.But I think with the help of you all guys , I would definately beat this subject too

dark_man_usa we ALL know Becker doesn’t work for you. But guess what… it does work for me and a lot of other people. I suggest you be more careful what comments you post here and advice you give.

I guess LoL_ works for Becker and I can prove that by his comment:) WOW it seems from his comment that he was angry when he was typing :). kccpa, do u remember the cat girl who put different photos in her profile and responded to u regarding selling material?? I think LOL_ of this type.

kccpa you are correct dark_man_usa has been a member of this board for much longer… I wonder why?... Spending too much time posting instead of listening Becker?
For the record I don’t work for Becker…
We all are about to become CPA and adhere high standards. Some comments people post here are very unprofessional. I do understand we all need to unload but we also need to be considered.

I agree with kccpa. I don’t know what that guy was thinking. This is a site for encouragement and support, not a site to bash people. We are all going through the same hell, and we don’t need that. I mean, for me personally, Becker has worked, but that doesn’t mean that I am going to be mad, angry and pissed at people who don’t like Becker. As long as the material they use helps them pass the exam. Thanks for all your advise.

Why do u care what Dark Man thinks ??? We all know ppl who passed from Becker with high grades, and we all know ppl who passed from Wiley with high grades too, so there’s no need to get frustrated !
For the record, i study from both, coz somethings are not very clear in Becker, so i go back to Wiley…..
