Challenge
Over the past 10 months I had lost 25 lbs, and it has been the most fun I have ever had. I’ve met some incredible people, and have a great instructor who has become a life coach and a friend to me.
I did this all through Survivor Bootcamp. I excercised 5 days a week for an hour each day, and I changed my eating habits. And guess what … it worked.
I’ve still got some more to go, but the results show and I am so happy that I did this. You can do it too!
