Oops, going the wrong way. Was away for the weekend and walked for most of Saturday and Sunday, but ate atrociously. And drank. Got home last night and we were exhausted and ordered pizza. Which I finished off for breakfast this morning, washed down with coke. Sorry body.
Have this entire week off, so no excuse not to get my fridge and healthy eating organised. Away for another long weekend on Friday, but this time I’ll make sure there’s something in the freezer for when we get home. It’s ridiculous that I’m not losing weight, I need to get my eating under control.
