That it was Friday.
The privilege of working from home.
My husband coming home from work early.
Minimal damage from the severe storm on Friday night. We were one of 120,000 people who did not have power. Ours was out from 4:30pm Fri to 8:30 am Sat. So, I was happy that we had really nice weather post-storm for pleasantness with open windows. I was happy we only lost a mature Dogwood tree in our front yard, which hit nothing when it uprooted and it sort of needed to go anyway. Winds did reach over 100 mph.
