Taylor Has a job after 8 months of unemployment!
The Hundredpushups.com site gives you a schedule to work your way up to 100 pushups. There are different schedules based on how many you can do to start with.
Last Wednesday I started on the highest level, based on my ability to do 12. So I did 38 pushups: 10, 10, 8, 6 and 4, with one-minutes breaks in between. Big mistake. My arms hurt for days.
I started over again at the intermediate level today: 28, in smaller batches. Hopefully with some stretching and ibuprofen I won’t be so sore tomorrow.
