I think I may never get this painting

The last time I was in SF with Kev I saw the painting about 90% complete in the basement. I’m thinking of just telling him to send it to me as is. When is a painting done anyway?

Did you pay the artist?
if you paid already, it might delay the completion, if you offer a bonus for completion within 3 weeks, ,it may speed up the process ????
I know art is art and the process sometimes takes time, but even artists have to eat!
well...
... we’re good friends and he’s doing me a bit of a favor/gift with this painting. But I like your idea of a bonus. I’ll tell him for $300 he can take out his family to dinner, movies, etc.
