foreverHoping cleaning my room? It's pretty necessary
This weekend my lose weight goal was disrupted when I found out that my Grandma had a stroke… I could barely think… I had a bit of a depressive stuffing face thing going on.I’m still a little upset, but she’s doing better.
Starting over on my diet… how many times is it now? Heres a little refresher: Two weeks, 7 pounds… can it be done?
Today was a better day:
B: -Two egg whites with a pinch of salt (only 34 calories!)
-Four baby carrots (16 calories)
S: -A fruit punch juice box (100 calories)
-Two strawberry fruit bars (80 calories each; 160 total)
D: – Split a greek salad with my friend (315 calories)
Dessert:(I realized how awful this was afterward, but I was an idiot.)- Two cinnamin muffins (gulp 600 calories) ewww…
The total for the day was 1225 calories. That’s 325 over my goal.
However, I spent two hours with my friends, bike-riding around my neighborhood (we have a really hilly town, so it was quite the workout). And I did the Seventeen workout once. I also tried 16 reps of this arm strengthening exersize… they really hurt. I found it in “Fitness” magazine, which is so inspiring!
I am still hurting from my Grandma, but I am trying to focus it on working out, rather than eating… something positive?
