hmm, i’m not particularily unhealthy but it would be good to be live a healthier life. just being able to do more would be great. when i was travelling i lost three kilos randomly, so i suppose that’s good. i’m walking a lot more now which is good too and i’ve started eating better and taking more time to just sit and relax. i might even be starting yoga with my sister to improve my back strength… i hate stress!!!
