Another day I don’t feel I did 100% but what can I do except just do better tomorrow …I am also going to go work out soon. I was going to go for a run but it’s raining so I might just do a video for an hour. I took my dog for a long walk earlier but she’s little so it’s not much of a workout.

I still need to drink more water today so I will do that. I am happy that I’m sticking to my goal of being more conscientious of what I’m eating…now I just need to eat less. :)
