It’s hard to change eating habits overnight, that’s what I’ve learned for sure. Especially if those eating habits consisted of a lot of sugar and fat. :( But I am trying harder everyday! Here’s what I ate today.
B: French toast (3 slices)(450 calories-yuck but yummy) :( and 2 slices of turkey bacon(120 calories) and a cup of coffee
L: Banana (90 cal)
D: Grilled chicken and stir fry (280), small bowl of rice (190)
S: Nonfat yogurt (100)
Lots of water throughout the day.
Total cals: 1230
hmmm… Just joined the Daily Plate and found out I actually had 920 calories today. Better than I thought! I was estimating the calories above, but obviously I was a little off.
That is a lot less food than I usually eat. But I’m still working on it.
