You have to add the blue yourself, but this is the first thing that came to mind. It is at Schiphol Airport where I pass through about four times a week.

This is the only photo I could find on my PC which includes the colours red,blue and white.

+ Everyone seems to be posted a flag, so here is mine :)

So many flags have those colours, not only the American one! But it’s not the case here in Canada, neither in Quebec. :P
