Mon – water aerobics 1 hr
Thurs am – 45 minutes cardio (avg hr 159) & 175 crunches
Thurs pm – water aerobics 1 hr
Friday still pending but I’m sure I’ll do something in the gym tomorrow. Most classes are canceled for the holiday but the gym is still open regular hours.
