SECOND_TIME_AROUND Doing what it takes to lose!
106 This morning! Woo Hoo!!! It is almost under 100. Of course we all know the morning test is usually the highest and closest to a Fast Test we can do. I don’t have a lot of test strips or I would know what it is doing through out the day. But, if good in the morning and I do not eat anything bad..fruit, breads, milk etc then I know it is not going to go up! Today I got asked out to a huge all you can eat buffet. It is one of very good food, I can eat in quanity and still keep the number down, but it only takes a bit or two of the wrong food to make the numbers go up. I wish I did not have to go, but I do. So wish me good luck picking the right foods! Hope all of you are working on your numbers! Keep them down!
