Working on pushups first 17 months ago

As a first step to this, I’m doing the Hundred Pushups challenge: See my blog entry and the Hundred Pushups site

That will be the foundation for the bench press goal.

that is really weird, I took the same route to the same goal. I’m on week 5 day 3 of the 100 pushups and just got 5 pounds over my body weight on the bench after two months (I started on week 3 of 100 pushups)
