behind closed doors can either make you weep or smile. Today I smiled. Plans for my future and recognition of my commitment and hard work. All good :-) I’m finally going to be made permanent at the end of the year and not have to worry anymore that my job is dependent on funding grants. I’m also going to have a new project to handle which is a big one and more related to our organisation.
