I forgot to post yesterday…I’ll try to remember what I ate. Two special k bars, vanilla lowfat yogurt, blueberries, salad w/ salmon, walnuts, mangos, strawberries, baby spinach, and carrots. Also a smore (bad I know).
Swam a few laps. I’ll try to post later on tonight about today, so far I’ve been good.
