What I need to do... 6 months ago

I need to be more disciplined…I need to get into a routine and get cracking on this whole working out bit! I want to…but geez! There never seems to be enough hours in the day to do all that I need and want to do. Maybe a schedule will work for me – I think I will make a schedule and try sticking to it! Hopefully that will do the trick. We’ll see!!!

Not sure if this applies to you...

but, I have been feeling like there’s not enough time, too so I’ve decided to cut down on how much TV I watch. I don’t think TV is all bad, in fact there are some shows that I really think are worthwhile (like Mad Men, very well-written, well-acted and thought-provoking), but I’m cutting out the surfing, rewatching shows, and the truly useless programming I watch (“Flavor of Love 3”, anyone?). Anyway, if you are watching a lot of the same dreck I am, cutting some of it out might give you the time you need to work out. I also find that working out in the morning is great, if you can do it. That way, you don’t have to think about having to do it all day. Instead, you can think, “Wow, I did it!” Of course, if you’re not good in the mornings, this will be very hard.
