I need to gain 20 more pounds to reach my ideal weight for my height. It’s been an ordeal for years. It’s difficult more than ever to do it especially if it’s something in your genes.

It’s so darn hard to gain weight. Especially now that everything in the store is fat free or only has one calorie. The only way I can gain weight is to work out daily. Even then 20 lbs. is a tough goal to reach (but not impossible). Something else you may want to try (a tastey alternative) is a protein shake. If you have a blender whip up two scoops of vanilla ice cream, a heaping spoonfull of peanut butter, a glass of whole milk, and some chocolate syrup. It tastes like a Reeses cup and contains mucho protein. Drink down one of those per day and work out 3 or 4 days per week and you should not only gain weight, but your lean genes will make you cut like a diamond. The chicks dig it.
