Well I’ve thought about the best way I can gain wealth to retire at 60 and I’ve gone and bought an investment property. I’ve got renters and the settlement date is on Tuesday. I’ve done all the numbers and I should be able to still live on the money left over after I pay 2 morgages but I won’t know for sure until I try. Maybe if all goes well I’ll be able to afford another investment property in about 12 months time.
