So I adopted exercise regularly as a goal, mostly in order to have more energy, and went to the gym this afternoon.

Apparently this does not produce immediate positive results. I feel pretty good after working out, but even having gotten eight consecutive hours of sleep for the first time since Thursday I am dead tired. Apparently I am going to have to add in “be patient” as a goal also, or at least I would if I thought it was possible. But now I’m going to bed.

I know the deal

I am not sure what does what in the energy function, some say exercise, some say drink more water…both work. But I always felt a deeper lack of energy in my body, like my mind could be racing but I would just feel sluggish and tired. To the point I am self diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome, my solution so far, is taking a protein supplement called Lysine, can be found at GNC, and Green tea, for its anti-oxidants, and I can honestly say I have never felt this good before. Maybe the Lysine pill I take is a placebo effect, but believing something healthy, can actually do something good, is never a bad thing. Hope your trials work.
