And I’m really lazy. I know I made this goal for a reason.. I just have to find the courage to get out in the cold and breathe the fresh air. And get healthy before school goes back.

at leat in the picture you have posted, you don’t look overweight or anything. However, getting out and walking is good for depression. So do you feel you have to do it for the depression, or do you want to lose weight??
My family keep telling me that going out for a walk or something will make me feel better, problem is most of the time I don’t want to make the effort. I know that might sound bad but I’m slowly getting there – I participate in sport at school etc. So yes, I’m doing this to help me get over the depression.

I know that getting up and doing something is hard. You just want to lay there. You have no energy or desire to do anything.
The problem is that feeds on itself. The more you do that, the harder it becomes to move around. When I was hospitalized, we had to do some kind of physical activity daily. It was mandatory. Made me mad sometimes.
In the long run,it was the right thing. Keep it up.
