I’m doing a modified version of Starting Strength and have been doing it these last 3 weeks. Its good! It leaves me knackered though, which I guess is good, and shows its working! 3x a week, at a gym I cycle to.

I hope the weather picks up, the last three times I’ve cycled into the gym in torrential rain =(.
