Surfing the wind is a thrill. I would need to improve my strength but I am getting there. It is a tremendous strain on the hands.

I want to create more space and opportunities for myself in order to do this more often and have the ability to practise loads.

Full body

I found windsurfing to be a full body workout when I took a 2 day class last summer. I’m trying like you to make more time to practice. The 180 is tough for me to get used to doing.
