Hi

the best way to get to sleep faster is to lay on your back and take a deep breath, as deep as possible and than let it all out, Think about your breathing as you are doing it. Than take another deep breath and as you let it out relax your body. Do this for 5 to 10 times and just relax. Remember to think about your breathing as you are doing it. How does it feel as you inhale deeply? How does it feel as you exhale and relax? The longer you do this the more relaxed you will become and the quicker you will fall asleep.

Yeah I second the Melatonin!!! You can get a bottle at pretty much any dru store/wal-mart and it is really cheap. It is the same hormone your body naturally produces so like ^^^ said there really arent any side affects. Do not fight the drowsiness though after you take it because the affect is to make you sleepy not actually put you to sleep and the affects normally wear off within an hour!
