It’s been about 5 weeks since I joined WW. I have lost 4.6 pounds so far. Not great but getting there. I will continue to work at it until I am at a reasonable weight. I’m feeling good about getting this going.

i would suggest fruit and vegtibles there are two can work with a diet. you sould also exersie i think that would help you. you would lose wight and get more muscel as you go along. DONT! GO ON FOOD STRIKE IT WILL MAKE YOU END UP IN THE EMERGANCY ROOM. to tell the truth i care about people so just do what will make you happy for that is was really counts.
